Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Ultimate Money Manager, provided by ZEADEV.
1. Purpose of the app
UMM is a personal organization tool for manually recording and reviewing financial information. It is not a bank, payment service, lender, investment service, tax service, credit-reporting service or financial adviser.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google account and device. Information entered into UMM must be lawful and accurate enough for your intended use.
3. Your data and backups
You are responsible for reviewing your records and maintaining appropriate backups. Optional Google Drive backups depend on your Google account, authorization, network access and third-party service availability. No backup method is guaranteed to prevent every possible loss.
4. Advertisements and rewarded features
The free version may display advertisements. Rewarded advertisements may temporarily unlock features such as ad-free access or automatic backup. Rewards have the duration shown in the app, cannot be exchanged for money and may be unavailable when no eligible advertisement is available.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its services, attempt to bypass security or entitlement controls, use it unlawfully, or distribute modified versions in a way that infringes ZEADEV or third-party rights.
6. Third-party services
UMM relies on services including Google and Supabase. Their separate terms and policies apply to your use of those services.
7. Availability and changes
Features may be improved, changed or discontinued. We may release updates needed for security, compatibility, legal compliance or service operation.
8. Disclaimer
The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for financial decisions, verifying calculations and consulting qualified professionals when needed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZEADEV is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunities or loss caused by inaccurate user input, device failure, third-party outages or failure to maintain backups.
10. Account termination and deletion
You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion at https://umm.zeadev.net/delete-account. We may restrict abusive use where reasonably necessary to protect users or services.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Morocco, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
